Can child support be included in the agreement?

Under the Family Law Act, pre-Nuptial agreements can be made in respect of "other matters" (ie matters other than property distribution or spousal maintenance). Child support could be considered an "other matter" and possibly be included in a pre-nuptial agreement. However the law does not include the term "other matter" in defacto agreements and thus it is unlikely that child support could be contained in a defacto agreement.
